It’s important to remember to honour where you are on your understanding manifesting journey. Some of it may make sense, some of it may seem a bit ‘out there’, while some of it may trigger you.
An example of this could be that you may feel grief when someone passes or someone leaves your life. I now choose to feel joy because I see the passing of someone as part of their journey into a new stage of life and if someone leaves my life, it’s time for us to part ways.
That doesn’t mean I don’t feel sadness that someone has gone, but I no longer allow myself to stay there. I now choose to see the bigger picture, which means it’s not all about me, but everything is always working out for me.
My belief could easily trigger someone who believes something different. It may trigger you. It may bring you peace.
I was taught by society that it was wrong not to feel tremendous grief when someone left me or passed, but all that did was make me sick. Really sick, like ‘send-me-for-surgery-five-times’ sick. It wasn’t until I dug deep into what I truly believed on a soul level that I found comfort, healing, and wellness.
We’re all at different places in our lives as a result of our beliefs and experiences. The main thing is to be committed to raising your awareness and being open to new ideas. Just because someone says something that triggers you doesn’t mean it isn’t right for them. Manifesting is about tuning in and doing what’s right for you, but a trigger will show you the areas of your life and beliefs that are worth looking at. Are they taught beliefs?
It’s all about tuning it to your deep core beliefs. Your beliefs.
Just because I believe something doesn’t mean it’s right for you, but it’s also important to see things from a different perspective, even if it’s not what you currently believe, and see if it could possibly be right for you. If it’s not, that’s fine, too. The only thing you need to do is what’s right for you.
Keep in mind that for things to be different, things have to change and maybe changing that belief you’ve been taught to believe is the answer to creating the change you want in your life.
What are you not allowing yourself to have or experience? Why aren’t you allowing yourself to have it or experience it? What beliefs do you hold around having it or experiencing it?
Taught beliefs run deep and they are usually what’s holding people back.
Do you love to post online about everything that’s going wrong in your life? Remember that whatever you choose to focus on is what you’ll create more of.
Get to the bottom of the beliefs of why you do what you do and create new beliefs that support you. Be conscious in what you choose to focus on.
Most importantly, go easy on yourself on your understanding manifesting journey. You’re already a magnificent manifester. The key is to understanding why you’re manifesting what you’re manifesting and how you can change to create what you want instead of what you don’t want.
It takes time. Start with aiming to find joy as often as possible.
