It's frustrating not having your health but I discovered eight years ago that having good health and being well was a lot easier than I realised (that's after suffering with a disease for 18 years....but more on that in a sec.).
The general belief is that illness and disease is a part of life. Actually, it's to be expected.
But nature didn't intend for it to be that way.
In this workshop, I want to show you how you can tap into your own personal healing powers and turn everything around so you can live a healthy life with a minimum of fuss.

It's not...and here's why...
Back in 1991, I was told I had an incurable disease. Fast forward to 2009 when I learned how to tap into my own personal healing power to heal my own body to the point where I'm so freaking well I'm ready to burst at the seams with energy and excitement!
And now I want to share the secret with you!
So...who am I?
Hi! My name's Kathryn Eggins and for eighteen years, I suffered with stage four endometriosis.
My specialist said I was one of THE worst cases he had ever seen. I was in and out of surgery and on horrible hormonal medications until I had an emotional breakdown in 2009.
The stress of being constantly ill and carrying the weight of an emotional trauma finally became too much.
This breakdown turned out to be an absolute blessing in disguise because it led me on a healing journey where I discovered alignment with health and these are the processes I want to share with you.
I know this can all sound a bit too good to be true when you're unwell and I get that. I've been there and if you're in a place where you honestly don't believe this could work, this workshop isn't for you.
But if your soul is telling you there's more to your health than meets the eye and you're ready to let go of your ill health and embrace being well, this is the workshop for you.
Even when I was really unwell, I just knew that one day I would be well. Didn't know how, didn't know when. I just knew it would happen and I knew it would come from within.
And here I am!
I now enjoy health and wellbeing beyond my wildest dreams. I enjoy it so much I became a fitness instructor and an Inspired Spirit Law of Attraction Life Coach to learn more about the practical and metaphysical processes that have helped me. I'm a passionate advocate for the health and wellness we ALL have the ability to achieve.
Disclaimer: This is NOT a quick fix. Healing takes time BUT it can begin the moment you change your mindset. These are processes you can call on for the rest of your life to improve your health and to have more control in your life. They're not a replacement for current medical therapy however they are complimentary to any treatment you're currently undertaking.
I love the Law of Attraction and live my life by it. I use these processes every day. They've served me extremely well in all areas of my life and I'm through-the-roof excited to share with you the details of how you can use it to tap into your own personal healing powers.
