How to Use the Law of Attraction to Take Years Off Your Face and Body

It never gets tiring to have women who are a few years younger than you think they’re older than you.

I’m 46 and quite often I’m mistaken for late 30s/early 40s. I’ll take it.

But it’s not just luck and there’s no magic potion…

Hell, there’s not even a green smoothie or mud mask in sight.

I simply make a point of living according to the Law of Attraction and aligning myself with health, youth, living life and the laws of nature.

It’s as simple as that.

The part where most people get it wrong is that they align themselves with illness and getting old. They offer resistance to any other possibility.

They’re told from day dot that they can expect to get sick and get old. They follow the ‘traditional’ route because it’s safe. They don’t step outside their comfort zone because of fear.

Stuff that! You have choices…and lots of them.

You will reap what you choose to align yourself with. Make the choice to let go of illness and oldness. Choose to align yourself with health….and youth….and living life.

So, how can you turn things around and take years off your face and body?

Make yourself a priority and reduce your stress

Do you always put other people first? While it seems like a nice gesture, do it often enough and it will make you sick.

You’re also not doing anyone else any favours.

Teach others to be independent. Make time to do things you enjoy and learn to say NO!

Follow your heart

Want to see the Northern Lights? Go!

Want to backpack around the world? Go!

Want to live a life that others think you’re mad to (because you’re following your heart instead of settling for secure)? Do it!

We don’t regret the things we do in life. We regret the things we don’t.

Push your comfort zone boundaries

Do things that make you nervous. Get used to being uncomfortable and get out there and conquer your fears.

Set goals that make you nervous and set out to achieve them, regardless of what anyone else thinks.

Eat the way nature intended

Do this and you’ll never have to go on another diet ever again!

Learn to listen to your body and make good food choices. It’s pretty simple.

Drink enough water

No surprises here. Aim for 30mls for every kilogram that you weigh every day.

Remember, water is a non-negotiable. Everything else is a choice. That’s not to say you can’t drink anything else. Just make sure you drink enough water and drink other things in moderation.

Sleep zzzzz

You know that you feel like crap if you don’t get enough sleep. Listen to your body and get the right amount of sleep for you. For me, that’s the standard eight hours.

Breathe deeply

Oh, so important! Don’t negate how important deep breathing really is. Apart from getting oxygen into your system, it also massages your organs, brings you back into the moment and connects you to your higher self.

Deep breathing also helps reduce anxiety and stress. Do it as often as possible every, single day.

Find your Fitness in the FLOW

Exercise is important. The biggest mistake people make is that they think they have to do stuff they don’t enjoy and they aim for an unrealistic outcome that they want to achieve yesterday.

Stuff that! That’s why I’ve created ‘Fitness in the FLOW’. It’s the basis of my own personal program and it works extremely well for me.

It’s a combination of my fitness training and Law of Attraction training. It creates a fitness program that’s in your FLOW rather than feeling the need to bang your head against the wall unnecessarily.

Of course, there’s behind the scenes stuff that makes your workout more effective which is what I teach in my program, but the important thing is to move in a way that works for you.

Seriously…..being fit and healthy (and looking younger) is not difficult. You just have to want it and be prepared to step up and do the work to make it happen….which incidentally is nowhere near as hard as it’s made out to be.

When you’re in the FLOW, everything literally flows and falls into place. It’s not hard at all once you know how.
